To avoid healing crises, take 1/4 capsule (open capsule and discard 75% of contents) daily with food every other day for the first week; 1/2 capsule every other day the second week; 1 capsule daily the third week, and rest for two weeks. Then resume with 1 capsule for 2 weeks every 2 weeks for the stipulated time according to the condition to be treated.
If you develop malaise (malaise crisis), stop for 2 weeks and return to the previous dose.
