1. AT WHAT TIME AND IN WHAT DOSE SHOULD I TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS?

Read the supplement in the STORE section of this page and your condition or diagnosis in the PROTOCOLS section.

2. CAN I TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS IF I DO NOT SUFFER FROM ANY DISEASE?

Magnesium +Lysine, Ormux, Vitamin D3 +MK4 and Vitamin C +Active B are a good way to start.

3. FROM WHAT AGE CAN I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?

You can take the supplements from the age of 18. Not before.

4. CAN I START 2 OR MORE PROTOCOLS AT THE SAME TIME?

Keep it simple. Start 1 protocol first. Start with the simplest or the most urgent for you. If you have fatigue, depression and/or a diagnosis of Hypothyroidism, perform thyroid tests regardless of the protocol you choose. A month later you can start other protocols.

5. I CAN'T SWALLOW CAPSULES. CAN I POUR ITS CONTENTS AND DRINK IT IN A GLASS OF WATER OR JUICE?

Yeah.

6. CAN I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS IF I AM PREGNANT OR NURSING?

NO.

You should wait until you give birth and finish breastfeeding to start supplements.

7. CAN I TAKE ALL THE SUPPLEMENTS TOGETHER?

Many protocols have more than 5 supplements. You can take all the supplements together, in fact, they are designed to work as a team.

However, it is recommended to start them 1 day apart to perceive the effect that each one produces on your body. Read the schedule indicated in the STORE section of each supplement and proceed accordingly. If any discomfort appears while taking any supplement, discontinue it and continue adding the following ones.

8. ONE OF THE SUPPLEMENTS IS OUT OF STOCK. CAN I START THE PROTOCOL WITH THE REST?

Yeah.

Add the missing supplement(s) as soon as you can.

9. CAN I TAKE SUPPLEMENTS IF I AM RECEIVING CHEMOTHERAPY?

Consult your oncologist. Taking supplements is ideal together with chemotherapy to avoid or reduce some side effects that it produces (increased magnesium requirement, nausea, immunosuppression, etc.).

However, many oncologists prohibit them because they think they take away the effect of chemotherapy.

10. CAN YOU GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT TAKING SUPPLEMENTS WOULD BE LIKE WITH THE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS PROTOCOL?

Magnesium +Lysine and Vitamin D3 +MK4 start on the 1st day, Ormux on the 2nd day, Enzymes and Boron on the 3rd day, Oregano oil on the 4th day, MSM 1/2 take on the 5th day, increasing to 1 full dose from the 8th day. As we said in the previous answer, to know about doses and schedules you should read each supplement in the STORE section.

11. HOW LONG DOES TREATMENT WITH SUPPLEMENTS LAST?

It depends on what you want to achieve.

You can take supplements therapeutically or preventatively.

THERAPEUTIC generally for 4 months (see your condition in the PROTOCOLS section of this page).

PREVENTIVE chronically and continuously, according to the indications in the STORE section of the supplement in question.

12. I HAVE READ THE LABELS OF EACH SUPPLEMENT AND SEE THAT MANY ARE TAKEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES. HOWEVER, OTHERS AGREE AT THE SAME MOMENT. CAN I MIX THEM AND TAKE THEM AT THE SAME TIME?

You can take the supplements at the same time. However, the effectiveness of the protocol will depend on whether it is done according to what is indicated in each supplement in the STORE section.

Oregano Oil, Ormux and MSM could be taken mixed in the same glass of water or juice as long as they are started on different days. On the other hand, if you take Veltryx and Ormux it is not recommended to take them at the same time. As a general rule you will take Veltryx in the morning and Ormux in the afternoon.

13. I TAKE A LOT OF MEDICINES. DOES IT NOT AFFECT TAKING SUPPLEMENTS?

You can and should continue taking your medications. Vitamins and minerals could coincide with the same schedule (Magnesium, Vitamin D, Selenium, Vitamin C).

Oregano, Ormux and MSM are recommended to be taken at least one hour apart from your medications.

14. I TAKE LOSARTAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, PREDNISONE, OMEPRAZOLE AND LEXOTANIL DAILY. ON MONDAYS METROTEXATE. COULD YOU TELL ME AT WHAT TIME AND IN WHAT QUANTITY TO TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS?

Levothyroxine and Losartan fasting upon awakening.

Half an hour later Enzymes 1 capsule with at least 8 ounces of water or juice (cabbage or carrot) without eating anything solid for at least an hour.

Vitamin D3 +MK4 1 capsule before noon.

Prednisone at any time at least one hour after Levothyroxine.

Oregano, Ormux and MSM mid-morning and mid-afternoon (can coincide with prednisone).

Leflunomide half a day.

On Monday (days you take Metrotexate) do not take Ormux or Oregano Oil.

Magnesium +Lysine 2 capsules at night.

15. I HAVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS OF EACH SUPPLEMENT AND SEE THAT THERE ARE CASES IN WHICH THEY CANNOT BE TAKEN WITH CERTAIN MEDICINES. CAN YOU TELL ME WHICH ONE?

You cannot take Ormux or Oregano Oil with:

Mycophenolate.

Quetiapine.

Mirtazapine.

Statins (cholesterol pills).

Tricyclic antidepressants.

Antifungals.

If you receive Biological medications such as Humira, Enbrel and Rituximab, you can take Ormux and Oregano Oil as long as at least one week has passed since the last intake or injection of these medications and up to one day before.

16. I TAKE PROZAC (OR ZOLOFT OR CYMBALTA). CAN I TAKE ORMUX?

Yes you can, but at different times. Example: if Prozac (Fluoxetine) is prescribed in the morning, Ormux would be taken in the afternoon.

17. I WILL BE OPERATED IN TWO WEEKS. SHOULD I STOP SUPPLEMENTS?

Yeah. Stop 2 weeks in advance and resume them from the 3rd week after surgery, once you are free of antibiotics and analgesics.

If your surgery was on the brain, stop supplements for 6 months.

18. I WANT TO GET OFF MY MEDICINES! I HAVE SEEN MANY HEALING TESTIMONIALS IN WHICH PEOPLE NO LONGER TAKE THEM AND DO VERY WELL WITH JUST THE SUPPLEMENTS. CAN I DO THE SAME?

Many treating doctors reduce or eliminate medications from their patients when they see the improvement with the protocol. This will depend on the disappearance of your symptoms.

Continuing with the example of rheumatoid arthritis, if taking your medications the pain, limitation of movement and inflammation were 10 out of 10 (maximum expression) and now with the supplements it drops to 1 or 2 or 5, your doctor could decide to make the change.

19. MY DOCTOR JUST GIVEN ME A NEW MEDICINE AND I HAVEN'T START THE SUPPLEMENTS YET. CAN I START BOTH AT THE SAME TIME?

Do not start supplements at the same time as a new medicine. First start the new medicine indicated by your Doctor and two weeks later the supplements. This way you will know if you have side effects with one or the other.

20. MY DOCTOR JUST GIVEN ME ANTIBIOTICS AND I HAVEN'T START THE SUPPLEMENTS YET. CAN I START BOTH AT THE SAME TIME?

Do not start supplements until you have finished taking your new antibiotics. This way you will know if the antibiotics cause any discomfort.

21. I SUFFER FROM PAIN, FATIGUE, DEPRESSION AND HAIR LOSS. I ALREADY HAVE THE SUPPLEMENTS. ANY RECOMMENDATION?

Yeah. Start supplements as soon as possible and have or update the following blood tests as soon as possible:

TSH

Prolactin

Iron

Anti TPO Antibodies

22. TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS DO I HAVE TO DO BLOOD TESTS?

NO.

You can take the supplements without having blood tests.

However, if you have been receiving Metrotexate or Leflunomide or Statins or Rituximab or Enbrel or Humira (drugs potentially toxic to the liver, kidneys and bone marrow), start the supplements and repeat general blood tests as soon as possible so that you know your starting point.

23. WHAT IS 5X5 🥕 ?

24. CAN I START MY SUPPLEMENTS NEXT TO THE 5X5 🥕 ?

Yeah.

25. I DON'T LIKE CARROT JUICES! DO I NECESSARILY HAVE TO DO THE 5X5 🥕 TO BE ABLE TO TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS?

No. The effect of supplements is independent of that of juices. You will be able to take the supplements without taking the juices.

26. TO TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS DO I HAVE TO LEAVE DAIRY, GRAINS, CEREALS AND SEEDS?

No.

The effect of supplements does not depend on diet.

27. IN WHAT CASES IS IT RECOMMENDED TO ELIMINATE DAIRY, GRAINS, CERAL AND SEEDS?

28. I TOOK A SUPPLEMENT AND IT WAS BAD. SHOULD I SUSPEND OR IS IT PART OF THE PROCESS?

You must suspend.

You should stop if it worsens or a new symptom appears. You could have healing crises or paradoxical effects or be allergic to any of the ingredients.

30. I AM TAKING THE SUPPLEMENTS, BUT I HAVE QUESTIONS. IS THERE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA WITH WHICH I CAN CONTACT DOCTOR JOHNSON?

There are countless videos on different social media platforms that are not Doctor Johnson's. Many even falsely pretend to be him.
