Take 6 capsules a day.

Start THYMUS slowly.

You could have a healing crisis (headache or discomfort of any kind). If this occurs, suspend for 4 days and resume half the dose.

Start with half a capsule for the first 3 days (open the capsule and discard half of the contents).

Increase to 1 capsule from the 4th day and then weekly until the dose is achieved (1st week 1 capsule per day, 2nd week 2 capsules per day, 3rd week 3 capsules per day… and so on until reaching 6 capsules per day from the 6th week onwards).
