At Primal FX, our main goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with our products and services. However, we understand that issues may arise. Below are the key aspects of our updated 2023 return and refund policy for purchases made on our website.

Standard Return Policy: Timeframe: You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product. Eligible Products: We only accept returns of products purchased directly from PRIMAL FX. We do not accept returns of products bought through other retailers. Product Condition: Please ensure that the product you wish to return is in its original state, in good condition, and unused. Exclusions: Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including opened products, blender bottles, gifts, and promotions. Non-refundable Expenses: Please note that shipping costs, gifts, commissions, or other charges are non-refundable. Return/Exchange Process: To initiate the return or exchange process, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing the following information:

Full name. Order number. Products you wish to return/exchange (if possible, attach a photo for evaluation of eligibility). Once we verify the information, we will send you an email informing you whether your product is eligible for exchange or refund.

1.1. In the case of product exchange: Once we receive the returned products and verify that they meet the established conditions, we will proceed with the replacement.

1.2. In the case of refund: The refund processing time depends on the original payment method, and we will proceed within five business days after receiving the returned product.

Please note that shipping costs, gifts, commissions, or other charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using the original packaging of the products when returning them, whether they come in bags or boxes, and following the return instructions provided. The shipping costs for product returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
